FAS keen to make settlement agreements with business

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) intends to fiercely pursue legal action against the worst law violators and be more active in interacting with law enforcement agencies. At the same time, the FAS are ready to make settlement agreements with companies that admit their guilt and are willing to change their behavior on the market. However, experts warn that notwithstanding the attractiveness of this idea at first glance, companies ought to seriously evaluate all prospects of such settlements.
